My unique career journey includes operating and investing from Series Seed through IPO and at public company scale. I enjoy the complexity of global strategy and execution and have built and led teams across North America, Europe, Brazil, and Asia Pacific regions, and invested in Africa. I was employee 15 at the Series A for Massive Inc, a gaming platform, that we scaled through the sale to Microsoft in 2006. I joined LinkedIn pre-IPO, recruited and led a team of 100 professionals in 12 cities, and helped 10x revenue which was an extraordinary experience full of lessons I use daily. I joined Stripe after the Series C in 2016 as the first CMO. Payments is a fascinating and complex sector, underpinning commerce and innovation in every corner of the world. After Stripe, I brought my operating experience to invest in and advise early and growth stage founders. I joined as a Partner at Greycroft, a seed to growth venture capital firm, and invested across sectors globally.I joined Ceros as CEO, taking over for the most passionate founder I know. It's an honor to lead such a passionate team through this next phase of growth.

We hired 15 people in 12 months to establish teams leading brand and content, product marketing, user growth and acquisition, digital channels, and international marketing. We established the fundamental technology, data, and analytic systems to enable customer acquisition and retention. We started to expand the Stripe brand across audience segments, established our user engagement strategy and launched multiple new products along with Stripe's first user conferences, Stripe Sessions, in the US and London. We applied a multi-channel approach to product adoption, increasing new user acquisition by 40% through paid media and organic strategies. -
