Accommodation and repair management for a 600 bed unit with a responsibility for on-site control of contractors and supervising quality of the work provided.• Management of the weekly carer’s meeting where divisional staff discuss trainees of concern from either a welfare or disciplinary perspective.  Liaison and collaborative work with the various training areas in HMS Collingwood and various external agencies from Chaplaincy, Social Work, Coaching teams, Medical Centres and DCMHs, to ensure that Duty of Care was achieved at all times.• Supervision and training responsibilities and delivering training and presentations to junior staff, trainees and command in wider RN community. • Organisational and coordinating role for extraneous activities requiring attendance by HMS Collingwood trainees and military personnel, these activities included formal military events such as remembrance parades, royal wedding, charity events, and regional and national military open days.• Coordinating and organisational roles of various leadership activities on the base of HMS Collingwood, working with other agencies and training schools to successfully achieve the task.• Coaching junior staff and phase 2 trainees in dealing with individual issues that require change to achieve a better outcome.
