I'm responsible for strengthening the measurement and continuous improvement of student achievement outcomes in EL Education’s network schools, with a focus on character measurement, equity research, and improvement science applications.

- Oversaw the creation of small business grant (Longevity Fund) application, criteria, timeline planning, and review/selection process- Led the review and selection of a fiscal sponsor partner, unlocking corporate donations and 501c3 status for the organization- Led funder and partnership development operations, including identifying and reviewing over 50 COVID-19 related philanthropic opportunities and partnership development with +100 API local NGOs

Taught core course HUDK 4029: Cognition & Learning (masters & Ph.D) in the department of Human Development.

Developed and co-taught Science of Learning (in-person 1 semester, MOOC course 2 semesters) for the Klingenstein Center, primarily instructing in-service teachers and school leaders. The course covered core research in the science of learning and human development, and applications for instruction, curriculum development, and school leadership.
