Provided technical assistance to communities pursuing Green Communities Designation. Performed the vehicle fleet and employee commute calculations for municipal greenhouse gas inventory and calculated potential energy savings and emissions reduction for selected building retrofits and municipal actions.

Assisted the Town Planner with research and helped draft bylaws. I focused on Historic Preservation through Demolition Delay and the development of a Design Review Board review applications for new construction and renovations in proposed a Neighborhood Village Overlay District.
