This approach shaped who I am and became the foundation for how I operate. And when Tyro Payments debuted on the ASX with a $1.4B market cap, it was safe to say that this approach served us well. Now a seasoned business executive with over 17 years of global experience in payments, commerce and fintech, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 200 organisations, I’ve held a range of leadership positions in Enterprise & Inside Sales, Channel Partnerships, Strategy and Customer Success. In my current role as Director of Global Merchant Services, Customer Success for PayPal, I’ve built an incredibly talented, diverse and high performing team, who make me proud every day of the outstanding work they do, driving value and e-commerce thought leadership to our Mid-Market through to Large Enterprise customers.I’m currently continuing my learning, undertaking a Certificate of Specialization in Strategy from Harvard Business School and am actively looking for a position on an Advisory Board.
