• Human Geography Project - Geospatial Analyst - July 2012 - presentGeospatial Human Geography modeling and technical documentation for workflows in ERDAS and ESRI products. Models received in ERDAS format need to be documented and converted to ESRI. Requirements for the project include technical documentation describing methodology of each model including all objectives of the model and steps within each program to complete the final output. Each model requires troubleshooting in order to perform accurately and be duplicated within the two required software. A quality check of over 200 steps is needed in order to finish the model process and package for delivery to the client. Many small python, R, bash, and bat scripts were created to assist with the large file manipulation, small file tasks, and data creation including working with gdal.QA/QC Manager - Sept 2011 - July 2012Using ISO approved Document Software create standardized documents that ensure standardization that directly results in the assurance of MDA’s quality objective of customer satisfaction and completion of projects right the first time delivered on time. To make sure project managers and analysts work with our database of known errors that can occur with the data types that are involved with each project and that appropriate quality steps are in place to make certain those errors do not occur in their projects.
