While working on the product side, her ability to extract the true request from any initial requirements was a game changer. The amount of work needed to re-evaluate and re-review requirements and scope with stakeholders dramatically decreased allowing us to deliver high quality products in a timely manner. Then when I transitioned to running the Business Operations department, Alison was my only choice to operate as my right hand. The only way to be successful in Operations is to have an extremely detailed understanding of how all products work individually and together to get the ‘full picture’. Alison was able to make the transition seamlessly and helped actually build, from scratch, the department with me. I know I would not have had nearly the success achieved during my time at Softheon, had I not had Alison working with me.
