Finance - responsible for ensuring finance activities are logged on Xero accounting system, and that all relevant paperwork is filed. Creation and distribution of invoices due, as well as ensuring bank accounts are managed and invoices are paid in a timely manner. Also responsible for petty cash handling, payroll duties, pension payments and working with the accountant to support with the annual accounts, audit and budget setting.Training Support – manage the training bookings system for all training attendees.Reporting - Assist in collation of regular Board paperwork, demonstrating the performance of the charity through various data sources.Membership Support – ensuring that members queries are answered in a timely and helpful manner. Membership renewal activity and liaison with partners to ensure this runs smoothly. CRM management as well as ensuring correct governance around the PVG process for member groups. Governance - skilled in identifying and addressing governance gaps, providing guidance and resources to ensure compliance and organisational effectiveness.Communications – ensuring that social media platforms, website and ebulletin are up to date and refreshed as often as possible/required.Building Management - responsible for ensuring the building is safe and secure for employees and visitors.

I was responsible for a small team of data analysts, owning a number of operational processes within the live prepayment meter space. My main duties included managing and developing the performance of my team, whilst focusing on implementing and improving business processes. Data analysis was key to implementing positive process changes to enhance customers’ experiences whilst considering business strategy. I also worked alongside IS delivery and test teams to implement new live debt processes, such as those to support SMART meter roll out. This further enhanced my project management skills to deliver change in line with business and regulatory requirements.

I was responsible for managing a variety of operational processes within the prepayment meter customer journey. I utilised internal business systems and Microsoft packages such as Excel, Access and Visio to analyse data, inform decision-making and drive continuous process improvement within this business stream.
