I managed the UK business directly whilst establishing, developing and growing a Distributor network across Europe and ROW. Having developed a team in the UK, my focus is now on growing the European and ROW business, logistics and stock management, as well as day to day management of people and the business.

Responsible for managing a product category of US$198 million, managing and setting strategies for product development, P&L account, manufacturing plans, pricing levels and go-to-market.

Responsible for managing the skin care product portfolio in Australia and New Zealand, valued at AUS$7 million; reporting to the Australian Marketing Manager and working closely with sales team, key influencers, advertising agencies and parent company in Denmark.
