Started at what was then Chemical Bank in Cardiff prior to the Chase/Chemical merger. Originally started as a Client Service Administrator as a graduate working with French speaking corporate clients and their global and US portfolios. The role was an interface between the Client and the operations to ensure the smooth running of their securities movement and associated corporate actions, dividends, foreign exchange, currency accounts and any other financial instruments dealt with. I became the Manager of the US Custody desk dealing with European corporate clients and their US trading portfolios. Following the Chemical Chase merger, I was successfully responsible for the project management of the relocation of the heritage Chemical US domestic desk to Chase Manhattan Bournemouth to ensure no business or service interruption. Whilst at Chase Bournemouth, was promoted to manage a Global Client Service team on the Chase platform.
