With over 30 years of experience in elementary education, I am a passionate and dedicated teacher who strives to empower students, colleagues, and communities with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. Currently, I am a teacher at Adams County School District 14, where I teach ELD to K-5 students and support my fellow educators with day-to-day planning and balanced living. I am also a participant in the Ascend Leadership Academy, where I have designed, developed, and helped to launch an outstanding induction and mentoring program for educators in the district. I specialize in English language development (ELD) and literacy, coaching & mentoring, and I have designed and implemented effective curriculum and instruction for diverse learners in various settings.I believe that education is a lifelong journey, and I continuously seek to grow and learn from my own experiences and those of others.
