A Girl Defloured is a recipe blog by Alison Needham for those living the gluten-free lifestyle. Alison has over 15 years of recipe development experience and shifted her focus to creating gluten-free recipes after her celiac disease diagnosis in 2011. Featuring gluten-free baked goods, flourless desserts, tasty main dishes, seasonal recipes and cocktails, A Girl Defloured has something for everyone (even avowed gluten eaters).

Manage Inbound Marketing strategies utilizing HubSpot marketing/sales software. Design/create landing pages that correspond with current marketing strategies. Oversee social media across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, along with digital marketing campaigns in Google and online publications. Manage print marketing and related external relationships with trade magazines, newspaper, billboard, and business journal publications. Manage SCVEDC's CRM platform. Manage operations of company’s websites – advising on design, ensuring that content and functionalities remain current and consistent with SCVEDC’s marketing strategy and brand messaging. Implement relevant SEO practices. Design/create monthly economic data reports, as well as signage, invitations, PowerPoint presentations and printed materials as needed. Ensure marketing collateral and presentations contain accurate, up-to-date content and are consistent with brand standards. Manage external relationships and projects with vendors including graphic designers, web software company, printers, and mail houses.Create content including blogs, articles, op-eds, email newsletters, and other external communications.Coordinate and plan SCVEDC events and partner events including the Economic Outlook Forecast Conference, golf tournaments, lunch & learns, breakfast meetings, networking events and broker outreach events.Oversee Investor relations, fundraising efforts, office management, HR, monthly financial reports, and budgeting.
