- Managing and sending confidential documents.- Provide clerical support to college counselors as needed.- Maintain information, data, files, calendar, and correspondence for the college counseling department. Act as assistant to the school Registrar. - Upper School attendance coordinator: maintain files and records to provide current and timely information.- Student insurance claims processor: work with school nurse as student insurance claims processor.- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of College Counseling or the Upper School Office.
