BECOMTECH is a French NGO committed to promoting gender equality and women's rights in Tech. As a program coordinator, I am responsable for coordinating out different programs for over 400 beneficiaries which are aimed at giving young girls and women the chance to develop their tech and leadership skills !I run an IT, tech, entrepreneurship and leadership program with 435 beneficiaries all over France. On average, I organise around 180 different activities a year bringing together numerous stakeholders (private partners, government and local governing bodies, other NGOs, Forums) to empower our female Ambassadors. I lead day to day operations for the program as well as broader strategic developments and impact analysis.
