As an account manager for Classified Ventures, I was primarily responsible for the following.•Manage monthly regional cancels•Support 6-8 outside salespeople, regional manager and director in region; occasionally other salespeople outside primary region•Manage ongoing rate increase spreadsheet/process for my region and coordinate weekly conference calls•Run and send lead and activity reports to properties/management companies•Communicate rate increases to properties in my territory; renew standard contracts •Inside sales•Contact cancel pending accounts in my market and coordinate save efforts•Maintain current knowledge of market information for use in the sales process•Update SalesForce with market changes (changes of management company, new contacts)•Attend scheduled meetings and trade shows•Work with the production and/or order entry team to resolve issues preventing the ads from going live•Constant day-to-day interaction with support, production, billing and marketing departments, as well as other Account Managers and office personnel•Perform Secret Shopping for designated accounts & report the findings •Resolve a wide range of other issues as requested (contract research, requests from outside salespeople and managers, billing/credit/non-payment issues, other internal account history research, etc.)
