With a strong portfolio of international clients from PLCs, FTSE 250 and AIM listed, global US and Asian organizations to SMEs, Micro and Tech Start-ups across Automotive, Aerospace, Heavy & Precision Engineering, Utilities, Instrumentation, Construction, FMCG and Healthcare, Alison is still very much operational and customer facing. She has structured the Group to be extremely agile and therefore, able to adapt and change to reflect a given economic situation. Through team effort, she is proud to support clients and candidates (who often become clients) through exceptional periods of growth and during difficult economic times.
