I worked as the main product designer at ClubePag, inside PagSeguro. PagSeguro’s main products are payment terminals and banking. ClubePag’s product focus on helping business owners to create their own benefit club to fidelize their customers by providing cashback and discount tickets. Along with the product team, we study enhancements opportunities, analyzing data from Google Analytics, heatmap interaction from HotJar, data from PowerBI, and talking with our users. My design process summarizes by following steps: research, analysis, ideation, building, evaluation and iteration. It starts by prioritizing tasks with the product owners using the data from our previous metrics and studies, or running any necessary new research. Then, we ideate a new solution with team dynamics, and brainstorming. After the ideation, I create an empathy map, user flow, interaction flow, low-fi prototypes, high fidelity prototypes. We validate with the design team, running internal design forums and with the developers, iterate and release to be developed. After the feature development, I run a design review looking for possible UI and writing bugs with the QA team. When released to production, we conduct new researches to understand the changes impact and the undestanding by our users.

I worked as a third party for one of Silicon Valley’s biggest companies as a product designer in three internal projects. My role in the team was to work on every step of the product development by collecting requirements, interviewing users, creating and prioritizing design tasks with managers and product owners, low and high fidelity wireframes, validation with the team, user testing, and demo presentations to the team and stakeholders at the end of every sprint. Also, every sprint I ran a design review with developers to assure the quality of the UI and to resolve usability bugs.

From October of 2016 to June of 2018, I worked with British Telecom, a big telecommunication company from the UK. In that period, I started working with BT design team developing the product feature document, user flows, personas, and prototypes using Axure. In a second moment, I worked in a team as a single designer dealing with product managers, stakeholders, developers, and users, also developing the designs from documentation and product understanding to functional prototype delivery.From July of 2018 to February of 2020, I worked with a secure communication service product, for a company from the US. I was focused on building internal apps and bots ecosystem. As part of my process, I worked close to POs, leads, developers, researchers, and other designers to understand the problem and the user's needs, define what we need to solve, ideate the solution, prototype, and test with real users, or with online usability tests.
