 Works as a part-time floor manager, waitress, coat check staff member, hostess, and other roles, as needed. Responsibilities include waiting tables, often 3-6 at a time. Maintains service stations, busses tables, trains new waitresses, seats patrons, and enters orders into a Point of Sale (POS) system. Managerial responsibilities include overseeing food ticket times, communicating with staff members and patrons to ensure excellent customer service.  Knowledgeable about all menu items in order to answer questions and provide recommendations upon request. Expected to provide quick, accurate and professional service at all times, in any given role.
