With over 20 years’ experience in digital across a range of industries, I work with stakeholders at all levels of organisations to help them achieve real business value from their marketing technology. Currently I'm leading the team at who are transforming digital experience for Sitecore's own customers on sitecore.com. Previous to that role, I spent 3 years in Sitecore's Business Optimization Strategies (SBOS) team, consulting with customers and partners on more than 50 projects across Australia, New Zealand, SE Asia, India and Greater Asia. In this role, I built a thriving paid marketing services practice that supported customers and sales globally, and always beat our targets.I'm also an active thought leader, with projects such as campaign and content conceptualization, co-ordination and authorship; crafting and delivering presentations and webinars on improving digital customer experience; working closely with the global Sitecore strategy community to build the MVP community, and last but not least, take part in initiatives to drive gender and racial diversity in marketing and technology. I am passionate about all aspects of digital experience and constantly update my knowledge of best practice in customer experience, data management and privacy, SEO/SEM, content marketing, UX and UI. I’m fascinated by how digital marketing is changing our world and I love helping companies who are embracing the transformation that change requires of them.In my spare time, I’m a keen cook, crafter and netball fan.
