• Coordination of the Design Team’s project workflow by testing and then implementing a new software which enabled projects/tasks to be mapped out and assigned at to team members with stages, deadlines and priorities.
• Experience in drafting product customization requirements documents in support of the Design Team and company needs.

• Strategic planning, development and execution of aviation fundraising and educational events.
• Coordination of a team of 250+ volunteers for daily facility tours, on & off site events, daily work and restoration projects.
