As our Managing Partner I look after a broad range of our SME clients helping them to develop opportunities to improve their profitability and tax planning as well as minimising risk. I also manage a large number of trading groups and my work includes advising on group structures. As well as being Managing Partner , I am one of Bevan Buckland’s audit RI’s. I am the Senior Statutory Auditor for a significant number of companies, groups, charities and housing associations. I also dedicate a lot of time to our Charity Sector clients which include housing associations / registered social landlords. Each year I attend many board meetings , AGM’s and provide free financial training for their stakeholders from trustees to customers.My goal is to treat every client as if it was my own business, to be able to fully understand the business, act as a sounding board and to be able to help them achieve their financial goals.My work extends to a high number of corporate finance transactions, including buying, selling and MBO’s.
