Growth Partnership Program LeadCreated the GCP-wide Growth Partnership Program and enlisted over 30 GCP product teams to transform their development practice to be more data-driven. Prior to the creation of the program, product teams were not using A/B experimentation to understand the impact of feature changes. Q2’20 GCP A/B experimentation rose 58% YoY.35 experiments executed by 14 of the most used and highest revenue generating GCP products, improved customer experience metrics and generated $2.5M in ARR.14 teams, 134 people formally onboarded and trained on A/B experimentation and Growth fundamentals with over 575 Experiment Ideas generated. Built strategic partnerships to drive adoption for 16 product teams of the Critical User Journey Dashboard, which had over 900 cumulative users and 215 28-day users. 45+ products have instrumented 230+ user flows.Built strategic partnership with the Learn Assistant team to drive adoption and drive $1M in ARR. Growth Team LeadLed the Growth team (including Eng, UX, PM, Analytics, SMB and Marketing) to ensure high quality experiment ideas. Token Flex Model Launch and Operational ExcellenceDefined and drove the plan to launch and operationally scale a new enterprise metered subscription model. 175 enterprise customers purchased this offering over 3.5, totaling over $700 million in billings. Designed a portal for Sales Execs, Sales Support, Operations, Finance and Customer Success organization to use as a one stop shop for all offering information and training materials. Met with customers to influence sales and drive adoption. Enterprise Flex Model PilotManaged a team of program managers, pricing experts, support leaders and sales executives to design Autodesk's first metered subscription offering for enterprise customers. Pilot was sold to 3 global Enterprise customers for over $9 million in billings.Defined and managed a schedule to include all go to market components.Identified complex issues and drove paths to resolution.

Managed a portfolio of 6 programs, a team of two project managers and four business analysts. Defined the business analyst role, all associated methodology and best practices, as well as, hired all full-time and contract business analysts for a PMO of 30+ FTEs. Portfolio Accounting Program Management, 2004 - 2006Collaborated on the establishment of, and led the day to day ongoing management of a program management office (PMO), which oversaw the delivery of a $20M+ cross-enterprise program to develop systems and products to provide clients with cost basis accounting information.

Led a Viant team of 9 and a client team of 5 people to create a corporate intranet governance model for Merck Pharmaceuticals that would eventually be used by 67,000 employees across 100 countries. Managed client relationship, won additional $1.2 million of work and expanded range of work at Merck.
