Counsels' employees and dependents on the different aspects of the benefits programs. Coordinates open enrollment.7. Establishes and oversees procedures for tracking eligibility dates, dependents, and other pertinent benefits related information. Works closely with the Auditor's Office regarding benefit related issues as they pertain to payroll. 8. Maintains, analyzes, and reports financial and claims data for the employee benefits programs. Ensures accurate and timely payment of all benefits related bills, including health insurance claims and administrative payments.9. Monitors all plans and contractual obligations to assure compliance with government regulations and contracts.
