Management of a million dollar electronic warfare project to produce a highly programmable automatic RF counter measure device capable of participating in flight trials. I was responsible for managing the schedule, budget and resourcing within very tight constraints, reporting project status to the customer and upper management, managing scope changes, project extensions, finances, and invoicing, dealing with suppliers and motivating my team to work efficiently to meet the requirements of the project.

Design, Implementation, Test and Integration of firmware subsystems for digital radar and radar jamming applications running on Altera Straix FPGAs. These designs pushed the limits of the FPGAs in terms of speed and capacity.
