Oversee production in the CNC-operated Waterjet Department of a custom packaging and exporting company. Responsible for effectively retaining a manageable production schedule by operation of our two FLOW Waterjets; alongside programming files in MasterCam or FLOWMaster Software, keeping track of material inventory, material ordering, machine maintenance, practicing lean initiatives as a company culture and keeping the Waterjet Department clean and well organized. Communication and team-work with my co-workers interdepartmentally are the number one factors of the success in managing my department, in combination with maintaining encouraging supervision and training of an employee. Efficiency, quality, and a smile are a must!
