Group Therapyo Preparing and leading 60-minute group therapy each day for 15-30 patients.Assessments/Screeningso Conducted mental health screening and psychosocial assessments upon entry into the program, along with a variety of other screening instruments throughout the patients stay. Individual therapyo Therapeutic approaches such as person-centered, CBT, and solution focused therapy. o Common topics would include developing goals, managing depression, anxiety, psychosis, legal terminology, and psychoeducational sessions.

• Planning and performing group therapy twice a day for 30 patients.* Mens Forensic unit • Providing individual therapy sessions where we worked on developing goals, managing depression, anxiety, psychosis, substance dependence, and psychoeducational sessions. • Attending weekly treatment plan meetings to discuss patients progress or adjust treatment plan.

• Anticipating customer and store need by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues. • Executing store operations during scheduled shifts. • Following all cash management and cash register policies and ensure proper cash management practices are followed by the team. • Training new partners by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.

• Providing support and suggestions to afflicted people in dealing with stress and depression.• Providing unbiased and open-minded crisis intervention with people of all cultures and religions.• Documenting and making a report of every phone call.• Intensive 40+ hour Suicide Prevention training program covers topics such as, suicide, mental illness, domestic violence, etc.

• Assisting with recruitment and screening for an NIH Funded Research Study.• Scoring and entering collected data into IBM SPSS.• Checking daily surveys for completion.• Packet auditing.
