Net Impact is the largest network of millennial and gen z social change leaders in the world. During a year of organizational transition, I helped stabilize two major areas of the business. I successfully led the annual conference team to create a diverse, enagaging 1500+ person, 3-day conference on corporate social responsibility, sustainability, leadership and public policy. The 2019 Net Impact Conference was the highest-rated in 5 years; also reversing a 5-year trend of declining ticket sales with a 40% increase in paid tickets over the prior year. I also spearheaded and stabilized fundraising and business development efforts, leading a team that raises over $3M a year through corporate partnerships, and foundation grants.

Built and led a diverse founding team to envision, strategize and operationalize a global participatory model that, during my tenure, gave over $4M to 3500 projects in 118 countries. I aggressively expanded our donor base from one founding donor to over 100 individual and institutional supporters, tripling our contributed revenue.
