Conducts activities engaged in compliance of handled accounts within the basic standards of good warehousing practices (GWP), good manufacturing practices (GMP) and Integrated Pest Management (IPM), coordination, reporting system and handling of field technicians by performing the subsequent tasks.• Accountable for the compliance and technical competence of the team he/she supervises• Ensures that the account has zero pest presence• Prepares Monthly Pest Trending Report and Facility Audit Reports for accounts he/she is handling• Evaluates quarterly performance of SPCT and PCTs in his/her area• Formulates Tabular Calendar of Specialized IPM Activities• Prepares and presents Year-End Report• Conducts quarterly or at least 2 to 3 visits per week monitoring visits to accounts, and surprise and unannounced visits on accounts to check the operational efficiency and compliance of the delegated team• Recommends measures to improve the current pest status of the account, quality of service and entrepreneurial skills of the teams• Troubleshoots, investigates, conducts source detection on incident/s concerning pest issues that may have arisen in an account• Designs specialized pest management program suited to the current needs of the account• Conducts surprise and unannounced visits on accounts to check the operational efficiency and compliance of the delegated team.• Acts as auditee during second and third party audits of account.• Spearheads weekly/monthly/annual pest management review on handled accounts to discuss the status of pest management, updates on the pest control program currently being implemented and the action plans for sustainable pest management.• Drives both corrective and preventive actions, proactively, conscientiously, aggressively and as necessary.

Work Description:• Checks raw materials prior to mixing.• Conducts moisture analysis and pH value every batch.• Evaluation of pouches after wrapping.• Checks standard weight and bake of cookies according to color, aroma and taste.• Conducts GMP checklist on personnel and machine before the production started.
