Monitoring Fleet’s Commercial PerformanceDeveloping, reviewing and revising the company’s Manuals and procedures regarding ISM, ISPS, Quality, and Environmental Management.Monitoring the implementation of Mandatory Rules and Regulation ashore and onboard Ships.Arranging & executing internal ISM/ISO/EMS/ISPS/MLC/NAVIGATION audits for Vessels and Office.Arranging External ISM, ISO 9k and ISO 14k audits for Vessels and Office.Arranging & executing ISO 9k and MLC for Manning Agencies.Arranging & executing ISO 9k for external service providers.Providing the Fleet with updates on Industry News and Best Practices. Issuing & Maintaining Company circulars / Alerts to the fleet.Maintaining Mandatory Rules & Regulation LibraryProviding Education and coordinating onboard training with focus on keeping the crew highly motivated for onboard safety culture.

Prepares the detailed teaching syllabus, course framework, course outline, instructor's manual, evaluation and assessment, compendium, instructor's guide and other instructional materials in accordance with the required format and undertake revision as the need requires.Administers and checks examination on subjects handled from time to time to determine/evaluate midshipmen's grasp of the classroom instruction.Must be in close conference with the Subject Area Chair/Group Leader relative to the appropriate integration of the CHED required subject syllabus for purpose of enrichment and enhancement applying the Academy's syllabus format.Confers to the Group Leader on matters relative to planning, organizing and implementation of other academic programs/projects relevant to enhance and improve instruction.Participates/involves with the research and extension undertakings.
