As a manager and expert in the silicon carbide industry, I lead teams of engineers and technicians to optimize the production of high-quality silicon carbide, a material used in various industrial applications. I have more than 11 years' experience in the chemical sector, with a focus on operations management, lean manufacturing, industrial efficiency and reliability.I am also a PhD student in Wood Science and Technology at the Federal University of Lavras, where I am researching and developing alternatives to reduce the carbon footprint in the silicon carbide industry. My aim is to contribute to the sustainable development of this sector and the environment. In addition, I have an MBA in Business Administration, a master's degree in Energy Engineering and several certifications in lean and industry standards. I am passionate about learning new skills and applying them to improve processes and results.
