Site Supervisor / Project Manager for The BDL Group PLC. Job: Chiswick Park Building 7Main Contractor: Lend LeaseDuration: 7 Months (12 Floors) Duties:- Responsible for the successful installation of High Spec Commercial toilets including all M+E and joinery aspects within the toilet areas.- Produce all RAMS prior to any on-site activity and ensure all operatives have are competent/understand the work to complete.- Responsible for the take off and procurement of all on-site materials including scheduling deliveries of off-site manufactured toilets.- Attend daily co-ordination meetings with main contractor and all other contractors on site.- Give weekly tool box talks, daily morning briefings and liase regularly with in-house H&S department (including all inductions)- Report back regularly to senior project manager on all on-site issues and progress of on-site works.- Ensure all works are completed correctly and to correct detail - complete QA checks on all aspects of work.- Oversee and advise all BDL, agency and sub-contracted operatives when on site.- De-snag each level prior to main contractor handover.

Assist the General Practice Surveyor when doing home reports by completing the Energy Performance Certificate.Organise the daily schedule by calling clients and arranging meetings within the diary avoiding congestion and applying proper time management.Assist the measuring of properties and the basic sketching of floor plans. Maintain and arrange the filing of paperwork, assure that projects are systematically placed in an orderly fashion so that they can be accessed easily.Assist in the dictation of Mortgage Valuation Reports.
