My practice is based on Hypnosis and NLP and Live Coaching. These skill sets allow me to teach my clients new skills to exert flexibility over behaviours and move toward health and capability in their lives.My new clinic is in a recently renovated office space, offering the comfort and privacy my clients need to make effective changes in their lives.

I help people to identify and meet challenges in their personal and professional lives using my skills as a Hypnotherapist, an NLP Practitioner and as a Life Coach. The rewards I receive seeing people get past stuck far exceeds the monetary. I see my work as a way to lift the weight of life just a little bit off people's shoulders, and in doing so make this world a better place to be.The things I have learned in my studies aren't just tools for change, they are practices for every day use. My study is on-going and I practice everything I show my clients and so I know their effectiveness.
