My expertise spans 20+ years in leadership roles, facilitating change, expanding opportunity and growing market share for some of New Zealand’s largest businesses.My successes include building a world class supply chain for Fonterra, facilitating the long-term strategic plan for Taura Nutritional Ingredients, developing and implementing the group supply chain strategy for Tru-Test and shaping the supply chain strategy for Douglas Pharmaceuticals. In an interim management capacity, line responsibilities for the customer service, S&OP, warehouse and logistics, and procurement functions have enabled me to ensure the strategies developed have been both appropriate and sustaining.Consulting to the food, dairy, pharmaceutical and agri-tech sectors, I bring a ‘whole of business’ approach to strategy and governance coupled with the ability to identify and pursue global opportunities to optimise ROI and innovate organisational processes. I have previously held executive level roles with Fonterra and the New Zealand Dairy Board, leading global customers, network and logistics solutions, and motivating teams of over 750.
