 Self-established and operated alcohol import and distribution business capitalising on niche products and emerging trends. Manage distribution by negotiating deals with major chains including Dan Murphy’s while marketing products via social media. Build key relationships with suppliers to introduce new products to Australian market.

 Maintain detailed knowledge of an entire product range to effectively train and support sales team and provide customer service including to resolve complaints. Research and engage with suppliers to source new products including solar and battery systems. Conduct market research and analysis to remain competitive with products and pricing.
