-Resource planning, inclusive of: laboratory and pilot equipment, team-project allocation, client trials and external trials- Designing and implementing testing methodologies/procedures - Designing, prototyping and commissioning testing equipment and small scale prototyping equipment - Overseeing daily laboratory operations

- Organising and managing customer trials- Collaborating closely with technical consultants to ensure project requirements are met by the laboratory - Running and maintaining plant and testing equipment- Responsible for training new and current team members in testing techniques and operating pilot equipment
