Appointed to the role following the acquisition of Altus Intervention by Baker Hughes in April '23. Responsible for driving strategic product quality and the general governance of product quality standards, systems and processes across manufacturing plants in the U.S.A, UK and Norway for the Global Wireline Services product line. Acting QHSE support and lead in the quality and HSE systems integration with Altus Intervention continues in parallel.

Reporting to the MD with overall responsibility for managing the HSEQ function across a global organisation. Tasked with the management of an expanding HSEQ Dept, appointing and mentoring a growing team of HSEQ professionals, developing/ensuring compliance with HSEQ systems and policies, planning strategy, and the setting and monitoring of local, departmental and company-wide HSEQ objectives.Current focus is placed on the implementation of Aker Qserv’s HSEQ Policies and Systems in Asia Pacific and West Africa operations, and working as a key member of the integration team between Aker Solutions and Aker Qserv to bring best practice to both parties (Aker acquired Qserv July 4th 2008).

Internal promotion to the position of Region HSE Manager, based in Dubai, U.A.E. Responsible for overseeing the implementation of BJS HSE policies and procedures throughout 10 countries in the Middle East, Central Asia and Russia, reporting directly to the Middle East Region Manager.
