Role Description:———• To act as the primary point of contact for all customer service related enquiries• Responsible for the provision of high quality technical and administrative support across a diverse range of service channels• Responsible for the completion of daily operational tasks, including but not limited to: picking and packing orders, sampling, inventory and data management, invoicing, and additional ad hoc responsibilities based on need, across all departments. Major Projects Undertaken:———• The creation and management of a fragrance database for all perfumes and colognes, collated according to their individual scent profiles, accessible to all staff through Google Docs. This was created to maximise efficiency in addressing fragrance-related customer enquiries• The migration and ongoing management of data following shifting CRM and inventory management platforms in 2019• The completion of a pricing audit of SAISØN’s product catalogue against pricing schedules of key online competitors. Additional Roles & Responsibilities:———• Responsible for undertaking ingredients analyses, research, and the coordination of training sessions for in-house staff and interstate agents on all incoming brands and product ranges• Responsible for key visual merchandising projects within SAISØN’s showroom, and at their stall for the annual ‘Life In Style’ Trade Expo• Responsible for aiding management in sourcing new product ranges to fit alongside existing collections• Responsible for daily warehouse opening and closing procedures.
