I am a solicitor advocate and partner of DAC Beachcroft, a global leading law firm. I specialise in commercial dispute resolution, with particular experience in the construction sector.I have been a qualified solicitor for 29 years, and a solicitor-advocate for 13 years. I have been involved in over 100 adjudications, as well as many high profile and reported court decisions.My clients include national retailers, contractors, house-builders, trade bodies, insurance companies, other legal firms, and various professional practices. I was formerly the secretary of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Scottish Branch).My aim is to resolve commercial disputes as cost effectively as possible, whether in pursuit or defence of a claim.Away from the workplace, I spend as much time as I can with my family in South Queensferry.Please contact me for advice on any commercial dispute: 07980 185229, or aldean@dacbeachcroft.comI live in South Queensferry with my wife and two children...not forgetting the dog!
