● Develop, maintain, and evangelize the cinematic vision for the game, communicating that vision to all relevant teams.● Responsible for the generation of quality cinematic content across all disciplines including narrative, motion capture, design, engineering, animation, previz, blocking, editing, cinematography, lighting, VFX, and audio.● Ensure consistency of tone and style is depicted across the entire cinematic experience that matches the vision set by the Game Director.● Align and unify feedback from stakeholders and translate that into actionable plans by holding regular reviews and provide clear, meaningful feedback to members of the cinematic and lighting teams.● Assist in managing and improving the tools, pipelines, processes, and methods necessary to take a cinematic from script through to final product.● Mentor team members to grow their knowledge of internal technology and pipeline process.
