I was responsible for HSSE to the Partner and producing Company Governance before handing over the role to Engineering Management.Key Achievements and ResponsibilitiesI refocused the Technical Submission with a stronger narrative through the documents and to enable the reader to read them as ‘one author.’ I reduced the word count by ~15% while maintaining Engineering standards and ensuring Bid quality remained high to maximise the Bid scoring opportunity.I acted as Scrum Master coordinating the delivery of Partnership Agreements within a tight 3-month window.I produced Decision Papers on behalf of the Project and presented on strategic requests to the Partnership Steering Committee and to internal Senior Management Teams.As a Mental Health First Aider, I promoted Wellbeing with monthly five-minute sessions. I provided listening and support through Covid and to key members in times of stress, anxiety and as part of their return to work. -
