I was responsible for an office of nine Administration staff supporting a team of fifteen Warehouse operatives, operating over twenty four hours, on three shifts, six days a week. I was accountable for the recruitment, training and ongoing assessment of the Administration staff.

Employed initially as an Apprentice Machinist after the successful completion of the four year training course I moved into Production Administration. The position supported many departments including, Production Planning, Purchasing, Quality Control and Research & Development.
