I spend most of my time working with clients how how they find more shoppers and be chosen more often as well as thinking about how to keep on our growth plan. My work loves are developing a team & culture giving people a clear purpose and they can grow. My other loves are from running as far as possible, or spending hours on my bike outside of opening as much time as possible with my amazing family.Always see the 'good bits' in any role and have never not learnt or grown in the companies I have worked for.
