The end goal is always to answer the 'what next?'...I am a commercial lead on Worldpanel Plus which is out biggest innovation ever, building a massive community of shoppers using our app Shoppix - learning how to build & launch offers, deliver in a start up and agile way of working and build teams around it. Commercial lead, driving strategy and planning for the business unit and SLT community, i am responsible for all commercial aspects of the unit. I spend most of my time working with clients how how they find more shoppers and be chosen more often as well as thinking about how to keep on our growth plan. My work loves are developing a team & culture giving people a clear purpose and they can grow. Lead the UK LinkQ team for our specialist research function. We build unique research solutions for client using both advanced questionnaire design as well as core panel data across FMCG, Entertainment, Telecoms industries. Combing both, LinkQ allows clients to understand the Opportunities, Risks and Rewards of decisions. I lead the team of experts, and find myself spending most time with clients and internal folk creating great commercial research.

Managed a team of 6 supporting UK and Global clients including PwC, Ernst & Young, Lloyds Banking Group, Nationwide. Running Global Tax Monitor, Small business banking and ad-hoc research. Handled projects of +£1.5m within this role.

Account Manager for the Bank of Ireland / Post Office(tm) Foreign Exchange business. Involved in the market changing 0% commission service, as well as supporting the JV set up. Managed a Sales Support team looking after central sales and marketing functions.
