My work consisted of Design Work including Grading, Drainage, Detention, Erosion Control, Storm Sewer Calculations, Energy Grade Line and Hydraulic Grade line Check, Cost Estimating, Specifications, Site Details, Water and Sewer Design, Parking Lot, Paving and Lighting. I am responsible for checking the city ordinances and governing agencies requirements as well as Wal-Marts special design requirements. My responsibilities also included reviewing and applying all site investigation reports, such as geotechnical, environmental, traffic, surveying, etc… I also did all coordination with Client, Seller, Developer, utility companies. Projects include:• Several Wal-Mart Supercenters • Springhill Suites• Hyatt Place• Houston Med Center – Master Plans• Value Place • Mainstay Hotel • Retail Shops

I started working directly with the Lead Engineer in both Development and roadway rehabilitation. And gradually my interest and time were more and more focused towards site development. In development, I was responsible for design work including Grading, Drainage, Detention, Erosion Control, Storm Sewer Calculations, Energy Grade Line and Hydraulic Grade line Check, Cost Estimating, Specifications, Site Details, Water and Sewer Design, Parking Lot, Paving and Lighting in addition to Coordinating with Drafters, Project Manager and Client. Street Reconstruction included removing and replacing pavement, sidewalks, Waterlines and sometimes Storm sewer. I was also responsible for Design Work Including Grading, Drainage, Street Profile, Pavement Joint Layout, Cost Estimating, Water and Sewer Design, Profile Details, Intersection Details, in addition to Coordinating with Drafters, Project Manager and City of Tulsa.
