Transmission Back Office Engineer
Current- Second Level Problem Detection and Resolution:Detect problems which were not alerted by the network operators, and define action plan to solve them.
- Vendor Support Management & Follow Up:Follow trouble ticket under vendor care until resolution.
- Reporting and Data Base Updating:Send all the reports to the agreed list within the timeline, and ensure the entire database used in the section is updated.
- Support Front Office in the Customer Complaints trouble shooting.
- Be part of the on call team.
- Provide support to the teams in the field to enhance their competences, and to ensure their compliance with the Company's standards and regulations.
