His role is to set/modify regulations concerning Instrument Flight Procedure Designs and Aeronautical Charts in addition to certifying the ANSPs to provide the service. Moreover, He verifies and validates IFPD and Aeronautical Charts to be published in the AIP.He started his career in the aviation sector as a cartographer and GIS Specialist. He promoted in his career at The National Air Navigation Services Company (NANSC) to be an Instrument Flight Procedure Designer.He achieved his Bachelor's degree in 2005 from Cairo University, Egypt, in the field of Geography. He received his Msc and Ph.D. degrees from Cairo University in the same discipline (Specific Specialization Applied Geography and GIS).Msc Title is: Human-Induced Geomorphic Changes Along the Coastal Zone of the Red Sea (Between Suez and Mersa Alam) Using Geographic Information system (GIS).Ph.D. Title is: Geo-environmental Factors Affecting the Selection of Aerodromes Sites in Egypt (A Study in Applied Geography Using GIS and RS).As “Every mind makes a difference” Ali Tammam used to help as a volunteer in many charitable organizations. He found with his university colleges a charity academic team called Geographic Visions aims to help University students to improve their skills. Furthermore he was a volunteer in Egypt Scholars as a Coordinator (ES-Dar).He reflects his work experience to the academic side. He published a research article Titled: Land use compatibility and aircraft noise impact assessment at Sphinx International Airport.Ali Tammam always welcomes any cooperation, whether on the academic or industrial side.
