I worked as a Dispatch, Finance & Accounting Associate at TWC Transport Inc for more than two years, a TQL Elite Carrier award winning logistics company that provides intermodal transportation solutions to clients across the US and especially in the Midwest. I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, after transferring from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, where I studied finance and general business. My core competencies include communication, problem solving, and analytical skills, which I apply to my daily tasks and projects at work and school.At TWC Transport Inc, I organized the payroll process for approximately thirty employees, developed invoices for clients, communicated with clients and brokers, and assisted the company in building its clientele base and negotiating rates. I used specialized computer programs, such as Excel, to produce accurate and timely financial reports, invoices, and statements, and to track and manage the company's cash flow and expenses. I also collaborated with my colleagues and supervisors to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the dispatch and accounting department, and to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction. I am motivated by the challenges and opportunities that come with working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and I am always eager to learn new skills and improve my performance.
