I started my career as an engineer in technical area, then progressed in marketing and sales, finally got experience in company management at multinationals as well as local family owned companies. Along my career path, I executed exceptional growth strategies, led mergers and acquisitions, managed multi-dimensional integration challenges, transformed family owned businesses into corporations and turned companies around in and after economic crisis.In recent years, I am gaining experience as an entrepreneur:In 2016, I have been focussing on ‘Industry 4.0’ (the 4th industrial revolution); after intensive research and some projects as consultant, I co-founded ‘Ifourzero Technologies Inc.’ in Vancouver/Canada and Digiterra A.Ş. in Turkey. Both companies develop IOT technologies and solutions for industrial enterprises.Since 2018, I am offering consulting and mentoring services , under my own company 'Yoda Mentoring', as an EMCC accredited Senior Practitioner coach and mentor, on leadership mentoring, strategic partnerships, crisis management, employee engagement, digital transformation and tokenization.
