• Responsible to maintain Smart Grids (HMI’s & RTU560 Systems on 61850 Protocol.• Ensure functionality of Siemens RTU’s AK1703, Adaptation Systems for 220/132/11 KV control panels, SCADA & Energy Metering from 11KV switch gears to MMS server and Tele-Control Interface.• Ensure up to date SCADA network for 220KV, 132KV and 11KV circuits for operations and maintenances. • Implement engineering maintenance strategies and identify ways to minimize downtime.• Ensure quick identification of hazards and detect key failure components through analysis of critical equipment.• Prepare, monitoring and controlling of yearly preventative maintenance plan and documentation with job allocation – planning for every piece of equipment each week.• Preparing Master Data for SCADA & RTU assets to upgrade SAP PM module• Prepare annual budget and procurements for new projects and spares.

RTU toolbox 4.0 have been used for Siemens RTU's configurationsInstruments like contact multiplier relay and transducer for adaptation and metering have been used.IEC 61850, IEC 104 & IEC 101 protocols have been used.IED RTU & HMI time sychronization with GPS.Point to Point testing with Load DIspatch Centre.Commissioning of RTU's and SCADA works in corresponding Grid Stations 220/132/11KV.
