Here's a breakdown of my key tasks:• Conducting Compliance Checks: Regularly inspecting equipment, procedures, and facilities to ensure adherence to HSE regulations and company standards.• Ensuring Safe Work Practices: Overseeing the authorization, control, and compliance of work permits and site inspections to mitigate risks.• HSE Safety Meetings: Organizing training sessions on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and best practices, alongside leading regular HSE safety meetings• Managing Accident Incident Reporting: Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of incidents, near misses, and accidents, and collaborating on investigations to prevent recurrence.• Implementing and Reviewing Key Performance Objectives (KPOs): Collaborating with management to establish and evaluate HSE goals and objectives, while also conducting thorough audits and reviews of systems, processes, and performance to enhance compliance and drive continuous improvement.In summary, my role as an HSE Field Specialist involves a proactive approach to risk management, compliance assurance, and continuous improvement to uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental stewardship in the workplace.
