The core purpose of this program was to reduce costs and dependencies on PSA through four projects: Localization, Global Sourcing, Engineering Module, and Quality Module.I had a team of 70 members from different organizations, including SAPCO, IKCO, IPCO, ITRAC, and various functions such as PMO, Purchasing, Localization, Quality, Engineering, Production line, Laboratory, etc. Additionally, there were 180 other stakeholders, including suppliers and business partners.The SAPCO strategy map/BSC is the foundation for the primary goals of this program, which include:- Reducing production cost by increasing the parts localization rate- Increase Localization Volume- Decrease Production Risk (Threats)- Decrease Production Line stops (Line Stability)

• Implementing BSC and Hoshin Kanri in SAPCO at three levels: the company, the president's deputies, and the middle management.• All efforts, meetings, training, coaching, and mentoring led to the following deliverables for SAPCO: SAPCO Vision, Mission, Values, Strategy Map, and Balanced Scorecard. • There were 15 strategic objectives in 4 perspectives on the strategy map.

This program was one of the most important strategic initiatives at SAPCO. I involved in this program as PMO director while had very closely collaboration with the program manager.The feasibility study phase for this program have been done and based on the FS report, the program approved in steering committee and the program formally chartered. This program initially divided into 8 project such as: P405 Polymer & Trim Parts Cost Reduction, P405 Engine Parts Cost Reduction, and so on.The main objectives of this program were established based on SAPCO strategy map/BSC as follows:- Maintain and develop local market share- Reducing parts supplying cost- Improve localization rate (Reducing custom fees)- Increase market share- Improve profit

As a member of the PMO team, I had the honor of working on the Peugeot 206 Quality Management Project, which was part of the P206 Program. These were the main activities that I did:• I prepared the project organization chart and obtained a sign-off from the program manager.• I took charge of the project's initial planning, which involved defining its scope, estimating the necessary time and cost, and setting quality standards. Throughout the project's life cycle, I kept a close eye on and made adjustments to these factors to guarantee successful completion.• I provided clear and concise performance reports for project stakeholders, analyzing data thoroughly to offer accurate insights. The reports were well-received and helped inform project decisions.
